HydroClean® Plus

The absorbent wound dressing pad with the absorbing and rinsing effect

Ready-to-use with Ringer's solution pre-activated wound dressing, which contains an anti-septic PHMB bound to its SAP core and thus has an antibacterial effect and inhibits germ proliferation inside the wound dressing pad; suitable for wet therapy that lasts for up to 72 hours; the silicone strips applied to the wound contact layer prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound; the SAP used in the core of HydroClean plus inactivates the metalloproteinases activity; this results in the reactivation of a stagnating healing process in chronic wounds.

Superabsorbent wound dressing pad, which creates in combination with Ringer's solution a moist wound environment for up to 24 hours - the plus-presentation for up to 3 days; removes necroses and coatings and in exchange, absorbs wound exudate and in this way accelerates wound cleansing; the hydrophobic covering prevents adhesion; it can be removed without wound irritation; the wound dressing pads are available in different presentations: ready-to-use and pre-activated and the plus-presentation with additional antibacterial substance.
