Jonathan Procopio

Jon brings several years of wound care experience in various engineering and production management roles. In his past role as VP of Operations, Jon was responsible for production, quality and logistic/supply chain excellence across HARTMANN USA. He brings deep operations experience with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering bottom line results.

Aaron Bower

Aaron brings broad accounting and finance experience in various industries to the HARTMANN USA leadership team. Aaron has a strong background in setting up and leading finance organizations, along with implementing strong controls and procedures, In his past role as Corporate Controller, Aaron was responsible for accounting, working capital, and reporting excellence across HARTMANN USA. Aaron holds a BS in Accounting and completed his MBA at the University of Virginia.

John Broughton

John brings broad medical device marketing, sales, and operations experience to the HARTMANN USA leadership team. Career success has been achieved by developing high performing teams that deliver strategies and tactical plans that result in growth through new product development, effective product life cycle management and creative brand campaigns. John holds a BS degree from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Todd DeVee

Todd DeVee

Todd DeVee has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has an extensive background in Sales Operations, Sales Training and Sales Leadership in the North American market. Throughout the course of his career, Todd has developed a broad customer and distributor network in Extended Care and will continue to strengthen these at HARTMANN USA. In his current role, Todd will develop his people to outpace the market, while cultivating new markets and opportunities with the right strategy and portfolio for HARTMANN USA.

Diane Marsilio
Diane has been championing change initiatives and transforming HR processes in an array of industries for over 20 years. She has a passion for building exceptional workplaces, developing and enabling talent and executing Human Resources strategy to drive business results. In her role at HARTMANN USA, Diane leads culture and engagement initiatives, manages talent, training, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and serves on strategic project teams for global initiatives. Diane holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications in addition to a B.S. in Business from The Ohio State University.

Britta Fünfstück

A qualified physicist, Britta Fünfstück has led the HARTMANN GROUP as CEO since January 1, 2019. She is responsible for Corporate Strategy and the core segment Infection Management, covering the Risk Prevention and Disinfection divisions. Furthermore, Britta Fünfstück is in charge of the German domestic market, Digital Business, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Quality, Compliance and the subsidiary Kneipp. Britta Fünfstück also oversees Operations Management for Disinfection, Risk Prevention and Global Technology Services.

François Georgelin

A biomedical engineer by training, François Georgelin has been a member of the Management Board since January 1, 2020. In this function, he is responsible for the core segment Wound Management, the pharmacy and e-business distribution channels and Regulatory Affairs. Furthermore, he manages the market activities in the USA, France, as well as Eastern and Northern Europe. He is also responsible for the subsidiary KOB.

Stefan Grote
Stefan Grote holds a degree in Business Administration and has been a member of the Management Board since April 1, 2021. In this function, he oversees the core segment Incontinence Management and is responsible for the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Real Estate Management & Business Services. In addition, he is responsible for the markets in Western and Southern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Australia and South America.

Stefan Müller
A qualified economist, Stefan Müller has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer since July 1, 2020. In this function, he is responsible for the areas of Finance, Controlling, Strategic Pricing, CorporateLegal, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, IT and Product Lifecycle Management. In addition, he oversees IVF-HARTMANN (Switzerland) as well as the subsidiary CMC.
