Jon brings several years of wound care experience in various engineering and production management roles. In his past role as VP of Operations, Jon was responsible for production, quality and logistic/supply chain excellence across HARTMANN USA. He brings deep operations experience with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering bottom line results.
Aaron brings broad accounting and finance experience in various industries to the HARTMANN USA leadership team. Aaron has a strong background in setting up and leading finance organizations, along with implementing strong controls and procedures, In his past role as Corporate Controller, Aaron was responsible for accounting, working capital, and reporting excellence across HARTMANN USA. Aaron holds a BS in Accounting and completed his MBA at the University of Virginia.
John brings broad marketing and sales experience in the medical device industry to the HARTMANN USA leadership team. Career success has been achieved by developing strategies and tactical plans that deliver growth through new product launches, effective product life cycle management and creative brand campaigns. John is a dynamic team player with proven capacity to build and develop highly focused marketing teams.
Todd DeVee has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has an extensive background in Sales Operations, Sales Training and Sales Leadership in the North American market. Throughout the course of his career, Todd has developed a broad customer and distributor network in Extended Care and will continue to strengthen these at HARTMANN USA. In his current role, Todd will develop his people to outpace the market, while cultivating new markets and opportunities with the right strategy and portfolio for HARTMANN USA.

A qualified physicist, Britta Fünfstück has led the HARTMANN GROUP as CEO since January 1, 2019. She is responsible for Corporate Strategyand the core segment Infection Management, covering the Risk Prevention and Disinfection divisions. Furthermore, Britta Fünfstück is in charge of the German domestic market, Digital Business, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Compliance and the subsidiary Kneipp.
A biomedical engineer by training, François Georgelin has been a member of the Management Board since January 1, 2020. In this function, he is responsible for the core segment Wound Management, as well as the pharmacy and e-business distribution channels. Furthermore, he manages the market activities in the USA and France.
A qualified economist, Stefan Müller has been a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer since July 1, 2020. In this function, he is responsible for the areas of Finance, Controlling, Corporate Legal, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, IT and Product Lifecycle Management.
A mechanical engineer by training, Dr. Raymund Heinen has been a member of the Management Board since October 1, 2015. In this function, he oversees Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Real Estate, as well as Lean Management in operations and Technical Services. Furthermore, he is also responsible for HARTMANN operations worldwide, the subsidiaries KOB and CMC, as well as the emerging markets in Asia and South America.
