Jonathan Procopio
Managing Director
Jonathan Procopio

Jon brings several years of wound care experience in various engineering and production management roles. In his past role as VP of Operations, Jon was responsible for production, quality and logistic/supply chain excellence across HARTMANN USA. He brings deep operations experience with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering bottom line results.

Aaron Bower

Aaron Bower

Aaron brings broad accounting and finance experience in various industries to the HARTMANN USA leadership team. Aaron has a strong background in setting up and leading finance organizations, along with implementing strong controls and procedures, In his past role as Corporate Controller, Aaron was responsible for accounting, working capital, and reporting excellence across HARTMANN USA. Aaron holds a BS in Accounting and completed his MBA at the University of Virginia.


Vice President of Marketing
Kelly Horner

Kelly Horner has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and is Advanced Wound Product Certified. Kelly's background includes Account Management, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Marketing. At Hartmann, Kelly's priority is understanding customer needs. She leads a team in developing solutions and tools to support healthcare providers and patients in their wound management journey. Kelly earned her B.S. in Medical Technology at the University of Tennessee.

Todd DeVee
Vice President of Sales
Todd DeVee

Todd DeVee has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has an extensive background in Sales Operations, Sales Training and Sales Leadership in the North American market. Throughout the course of his career, Todd has developed a broad customer and distributor network in Extended Care and will continue to strengthen these at HARTMANN USA. In his current role, Todd will develop his people to outpace the market, while cultivating new markets and opportunities with the right strategy and portfolio for HARTMANN USA.

Diane Marsilio
Diane has been championing change initiatives and transforming HR processes in an array of industries for over 20 years. She has a passion for building exceptional workplaces, developing and enabling talent and executing Human Resources strategy to drive business results. In her role at HARTMANN USA, Diane leads culture and engagement initiatives, manages talent, training, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and serves on strategic project teams for global initiatives. Diane holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications in addition to a B.S. in Business from The Ohio State University.

Chairman of the Management Board (CEO)
Britta Fünfstück
A qualified physicist, Britta Fünfstück is the head of the HARTMANN GROUP. The 50-year-old is responsible for corporate strategy, the Transformation Program office, the Infection Management segment with its Risk Prevention and Disinfection divisions, and the KNEIPP subsidiary. Britta Fünfstück's responsibilities also include the German domestic market and the Pharmacy business as well as the Digital, Human Resources, Communications, Quality Management and Compliance departments.
Francois Georgelin

François Georgelin
A biomedical engineer by training, François Georgelin is responsible for the Wound Care segment, Regulatory Affairs and the KOB subsidiary. The 57-year-old is also in charge of marketing operations for North and Eastern Europe, along with France, South America and the USA.
Stefan Grote

Stefan Grote
Management expert Stefan Grote is responsible for the Incontinence Management segment along with the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Sustainability, Online and E-Commerce. Alongside lean management and technical services in the operating area, the 53-year-old is also in charge of marketing operations in Western and Southern Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.

Stefan Müller
Management expert Stefan Müller is responsible for Finance, Controlling, Legal, Mergers & Acquisitions and IT. In addition, the 50-year-old is in charge of Investor Relations, Internal Audit and Risk Management, the CMC subsidiary and marketing operations in Austria and Switzerland.
