Jonathan Procopio

Jonathan Procopio

Jon’s 15+ years of expertise in wound care technologies, production, and team leadership includes deep operational experience and a focus on improving businesses. Bringing exceptional visionary skills, deep market insights, strength in organizational development, and an enthusiasm for building strong, capable teams, Jon has a track record of consistently delivering bottom line results with a unwavering focus on impacting patients and care-givers.

Aaron Bower

Aaron brings a strong background in setting up and leading organizations, with over 15 years of experience from a variety of industries. With HARTMANN USA since 2016, he has maintained a track record of success in leading teams and implementing organizational efficiencies. Aaron’s priority is assuring finance and operational excellence at HARTMANN USA, along with delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Aaron holds a B.S. in Accounting and completed his MBA at the University of Virginia.

Kelly Horner

Kelly Horner has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and is Advanced Wound Product Certified. Kelly's background includes Account Management, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Marketing. At Hartmann, Kelly's priority is understanding customer needs. She leads a team in developing solutions and tools to support healthcare providers and patients in their wound management journey. Kelly earned her B.S. in Medical Technology at the University of Tennessee.

Jason Curry

With over 20 years in the medical device industry, Jason brings experience from CCS Medica and Covidien/Medtronic, having progressively moved into higher leadership roles. At HARTMANN USA since 2019, Jason is focused on providing scalable growth in our strategic initiatives and product portfolio. He is a believer in the leadership and development of his people and in providing a winning culture and environment to make HARTMANN USA a destination workplace.

Doug Johnston

Doug has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry in both acute and post-acute segments. He has held various sales leadership positions throughout his career and is passionate about building high performance teams to address challenges and achieve critical objectives. In his current role with HARTMANN USA, Doug is responsible for developing strategies to drive above market growth with our national customers and distributor partners. Doug holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Diane Marsilio
Diane has been championing change initiatives and transforming HR processes in an array of industries for over 20 years. She has a passion for building exceptional workplaces, developing and enabling talent and executing Human Resources strategy to drive business results. In her role at HARTMANN USA, Diane leads culture and engagement initiatives, manages talent, training, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and serves on strategic project teams for global initiatives. Diane holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications in addition to a B.S. in Business from The Ohio State University.

Britta Fünfstück
Physicist Britta Fünfstück is the head of the HARTMANN GROUP. She is responsible for corporate strategy, the Transformation Program office, the Infection Management segment with the Risk Prevention and Disinfection divisions and the KNEIPP subsidiary. Her responsibilities also include the German domestic market as well as the Pharmacy business, Digital, Human Resources, Communications, Quality Management and Compliance.

Biomedical engineer François Georgelin is responsible for the Wound Care segment, Regulatory Affairs and the KOB subsidiary. He is also in charge of commercial operations for Northern and Eastern Europe along with France, South America and the USA.

Der Betriebswirt Stefan Grote verantwortet das Segment Inkontinenzmanagement sowie die Bereiche Einkauf, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Nachhaltigkeit, Online- und E-Commerce. Zudem leitet er die Marktaktivitäten in West- und Südeuropa, Asien, Australien, Afrika und im Mittleren Osten.

Business graduate Oliver Neubrand took over as CFO on January 1, 2024, and is responsible for Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal, IT, Investor Relations as well as the CMC subsidiary and IVF HARTMANN business activities in Switzerland.
