For the protection of postoperative and primary wounds and for the absorption of exudate in wounds with normal exudate levels.

Cosmopor® Steril is a self-adhesive wound dressing made of a soft non-woven carrier material, featuring a wound pad covered with a non-adherent microgrid wound-contact layer that prevents adhesion to the wound. The dressing offers high absorbency and good cushioning properties and enables rapid exudate absorption through the microgrid structure. It is also skin-friendly due to the hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive.
