How to use:

Cleanse the area of skin you wish to massage
Apply 1–2 hazelnut-sized amounts of massage gel to your hands and warm it slightly by rubbing your palms together
Gently massage the gel onto the neck, shoulders, arms or legs using circular or upward strokes
Focus on areas with muscle tension, especially if patient is bedridden or experiencing stress
Allow the massage gel to absorb into the skin
