How does HARTMANN Supply work?
HARTMANN will provide you with your own account with individual access data. This makes it very easy for you to create product supplies or customers in your account. You upload these via the service portal and transfer them to HARTMANN with a further click.

From this point on, the subsequent processes are automated and the parcels are packed and dispatched. You can view the status of the deliveries transparently at any time in the service portal. There you will also find the digital delivery bill, the tracking number and the delivery receipt from the logistics service provider. You can download these documents individually or as a bundle.
How does billing with the health insurance company work?
You remain the service provider and continue to bill the health insurance fund yourself. You can simply download the necessary documents from our service portal and attach them to your invoice. It is no longer necessary for the customer to sign the prescription for incontinence supplies because the tracking number or proof of delivery is sufficient as proof of the products received.
How much does HARTMANN Supply cost?
The use of HARTMANN Supply is free of charge. A flat-rate shipping fee is charged per order for the shipment of parcels.
Can I also send care aids via HARTMANN Supply?
Yes, you can also send care aids in addition to incontinence products. As a manufacturer, we offer a very wide range of products in product group 54 (“Care aids intended for consumption”). In addition to hand and surface disinfectants in liquid form, this also includes surface disinfectant wipes in various pack sizes as well as all other relevant care aid products.



Good to know: With our new care aids configurator, you can easily provide your customers with advice tailored to their needs. Select the supply period monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly and the system will show you the next time to order. You can also adapt the care aid supplies to your customers' needs at any time. The dashboard allows you to keep track of all your supplies at all times.
