The HARTMANN ProShop is a specially developed platform for professional business customers in the medical sector. It enables medical professionals to order HARTMANN products directly and manage their purchasing activities efficiently.

The ProShop offers 24/7 availability, a fast ordering process thanks to an intuitive, user-friendly interface and quick search function, access to detailed product information, and efficient organization of orders and documents.

How do I gain access to the HARTMANN ProShop if I am already a customer?
If you are already a customer, you will receive an initial password by email. Use this password to log in for the first time, after which you can set a personal password. You can then log in at any time using your access data.

How do I find products in the HARTMANN ProShop?

Products in the HARTMANN ProShop can be found by navigating through the product catalog or using the search function. The search function allows you to search for specific items using numerous identification features, e.g.:

  • Product name
  • Product description
  • Keywords
  • Item size or content
  • Item number
  • EAN or packaging unit
  • Pharmacy code
  • SAP reference number

As you type, the auto-complete function offers suggestions that take you directly to the relevant product detail page.

How does the quick entry function work?
The quick entry function allows you to add items directly to your shopping cart. Simply enter the item number, EAN, or pharmaceutical registration number manually in the corresponding field. If several items match the entry, a selection list will appear. Select the desired item, specify the quantity and order unit, and add it to your shopping cart with a click.
Can I see when a product will be available again?
Product availability cannot be viewed in the B2B ProShop.
Can I order free trial products?
Free samples can be ordered for selected incontinence products.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a minimum order amount of EUR 350 per order.
How does CSV upload work?

The CSV upload allows you to add multiple items to your shopping cart at once. To do this, upload a prepared CSV file by selecting it and starting the upload via the shopping cart icon.

The system processes the file and displays an overview of the results. Clearly identifiable items are automatically added to the shopping cart. Items that cannot be assigned are skipped and listed with the respective error type. Items that are found but cannot be clearly identified require manual selection of the correct order unit before they can be added.

Notes on the CSV file:

  • The format must be CSV and must not contain a header.
  • The file must contain at least two columns in the following order:
    1. EAN, REF number, or the Pharmazentralnummer
    2. (Optional) SAP ISO code of the order unit (e.g., “CS” for carton)
    3. Order quantity: whole numbers only
  • If an EAN is used in the first column, the second column can be left blank. However, if a unit is specified, it must comply with the system specifications.
  • Each row must contain at least two valid values: a product identifier and a quantity
  • Additional columns will be ignored

Where can I find my previous orders?
In the “My Account” section, you will find a complete overview of all previous orders. Orders placed via other channels (e.g., fax, email, or EDI) are also listed here.
Can I save multiple delivery addresses?
You have the option of storing multiple delivery addresses. However, new addresses must be requested in advance from HARTMANN Customer Service and approved.
How can I change my delivery address?
Changes to the delivery address can be made via HARTMANN Customer Service.
Is it possible to download product information as well?
Yes, various downloads are available in the product detail view, such as product sheets and application instructions.

Forgotten password

What can I do if I have forgotten my password? / How can I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link on the login page. You will then be asked to enter your email address. Within a few minutes, you will receive a code by email. Enter this code on the specified page and click on “Verify code” to continue.

You can then set a new, personal password that complies with the security guidelines: at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

After entering the new password, click on “Continue” and you will be redirected to the shop. With the new password, you can easily log in in the future and access your customer account at any time.
