  • 0.5 drops: Ultra-discreet panty liners for very light
    bladder weakness, with a thin absorbent core that
    makes them reliable despite being the smallest
    product of the range.
  • 1 & 1.5 drops: Discreet, thin pads designed for light
    bladder weakness, offering reliable support even
    when experiencing sudden gushes of urine. Pads
    are individually wrapped.
  • 2 & 3 drops: The ideal solution for managing light
    bladder weakness, with side barriers for extra
    leakage protection and comfort. Pads are
    individually wrapped.
  • 4, 4.5 & 5 drops: Extra-long incontinence pads for

Start activating your pelvic floor today!

An active pelvic floor is a quick and effective way to improve bladder control. With these six easy and effective exercises you don’t only increase your well-being. You are also actively doing something to prevent your condition from deteriorating.

Breating

Sit upright on a stool and shift your weight toward your vaginal area. As you exhale 
slowly, engage your pelvic floor muscles and hold the tension. Count as you maintain 
the contraction; reaching 10 is very good. Managing 15 is excellent!

Bridge

Lie on your back, knees bent. Place your hands freely alongside your body with palmsfacing down. Drawinyourpelvicfloormuscles and maintain this tension during theexercise. Raiseyourhipsoffthefloorashighasyou can. Pause at the top, thenlower and release thepelvicfloortension. Then repeat.

Diamond

Lie on your side with both legs bent and parallel, using one arm for support. Keeping 
your feet together, tilt your upper leg vertically and contract your perineum. Lower 
your knee back down in a controlled motion, maintaining focus on the contraction. 
After completing several repetitions, switch sides and repeat the exercise.

Cat pose

Placeyourpalmsonthefloorshoulder-width apart, and knees hip-width apart. Keepyour arms straight and your head in line with your body. As you inhale, raise yourback towards the ceiling and tense the pelvic floor muscles around the urethra. Hold.Then relax and allow your back to return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.

One-legged bridge

Lie on your back with your knees bent and hands by your sides. Squeeze and lift yourpelvic floor muscles, holding the squeeze as you slowly lift one foot off the floor.Gently lower your foot back down and relax your pelvic floor muscles. Repeat withthe other foot.

Walking in place

Stand upright with your legs hip-width apart and your feet firmly planted on the floor. Keep your knees loose, your pelvis slightly tilted, and your upper body stable. As youexhale, consciously tense your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles; feel your lowerabdomen contract as the pelvic floor tightens. Maintain this tension as you begin tomarch on the spot. Continue the exercise by consciously engaging your pelvic floorwith each step.
