The sterile, adhesive island dressing for reliable wound protection
Cosmopor® Steril is a sterile adhesive island dressing that is made of a soft non-woven fabric, with a highly absorbent non-adherent microgrid wound-contact layer. The soft and non-adherent pad provides a cushioning effect which acts as a protective barrier, allowing the wound to breathe while safeguarding it against external contaminants. Suitable for use on post operative wounds with moderate exudate and for minor wounds.
- Soft and gentle – can be used for patients with sensitive skin. The non-stick pad enables painless removal, minimiising trauma to the wound site.
