Zetuvit® sterile is made of smooth cellulose fibers with high absorption capacity.

Zetuvit® sterile is made of smooth cellulose fibers with high absorption capacity. Its water-repellent backing prevents strikethrough and protects clothing and bedding from wound exudate. The absorbent core of the dressing is surrounded by a cellulosic tissue layer enhancing the distribution of exudate.

  • Easy application - blue-coloured thread on the back of the product indicates correct application.
  • Patient comfort - excellent padding properties, extraordinary softness and adaptability to body contours
  • Padding - both sterile and non sterile can be used for padding and cushioning of wounds, protection against external contamination and for absorption of body fluids (exudate, blood or pus).
  • Available in a variety of different sizes.

Application

Zetuvit sterile can be used

    • on exuding wounds to absorb body fluids (exudate, blood, pus)
    • for mechanical protection (padding or cushioning) and
    • as a mechanical barrier (protection against external contamination) on exuding and non-exuding wounds.

Zetuvit sterile can remain in place for several days and needs to be fixed with appropriate fixation material.
