Molicare® premium Fixpants short leg can be applied in either a standing or lying position.

For bed-bound patients:

With person on their side, gently pull pants to above knees
Create a boat-like shape with incontinence pad, cuffs raised
Slide pad between thighs, front to back
Unfold the back of pad and align wetness indicator with the spine
Pull pants up to waist at the back, roll person onto their back, unfold front of pad and fully pull up the pants
To remove: pull pants to knees, remove pad from front to back
Dispose of pad in waste. Wash fixation pants when soiled
