How to use:
- Cleanse the area of skin you wish to massage
- Apply 1–2 hazelnut-sized amounts of massage gel to your hands and warm it slightly by rubbing your palms together
- Gently massage the gel onto the neck, shoulders, arms or legs using circular or upward strokes
- Focus on areas with muscle tension, especially if patient is bedridden or experiencing stress
- Allow the massage gel to absorb into the skin
