How to apply pads and care for the underwear:
- Fold pad lengthwise and insert in pocket.
- Adjust pad so it lies flat.
- Replace pad as needed to stay fresh and dry.
- Remove pad before washing underwear.
- Hygienically wash underwear at 60 °C. To ensure underwear maintains its functionality, use a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners.
