PermaFoam Classic ist ein Schaumverband, bestehend aus einem hydrophilen Polymer in dreidimensionaler Struktur, der wirksam Wundexsudat aufnimmt und für ein feuchtes Wundmilieu sorgt. Die Ausführungen mit Kleberand haben eine umlaufende Fläche, die mit Polyacrylat-Kleber beschichtet ist.

Anwendung
PermaFoam Classic ist ein steriler, wirkstofffreier Polyurethan-Schaumstoffverband zur Einweganwendung. Er ist geeignet für stark bis mäßig sezernierende akute und chronische Wunden, z. B. Ulcus cruris (Unterschenkelgeschwür), Dekubitus II-IV, diabetisches Fußsyndrom, Entnahmestellen nach Spende, Schürfwunden und Inzisionen.
