Meet our Management Board

PAUL HARTMANN AG and its functional areas manage the Group’s activities. The management board sets Group strategies and is responsible for managing the divisions, functions, regions, and companies. The divisions determine the product, training, and services portfolio. They also coordinate their area’s production operations. Generally, business-related activities have been aligned more strongly with the divisions, also in terms of structure. Ready to meet our management board?

Britta Fünfstück

Physicist Britta Fünfstück is the Head of the HARTMANN GROUP. She is responsible for corporate strategy, the Transformation Program office, the Infection Management segment with the Risk Prevention and Disinfection divisions and the Kneipp subsidiary. Her responsibilities also include the German domestic market as well as the Pharmacy business, Digital, Human Resources, Communications, Quality Management and Compliance.

Francois Georgelin
Biomedical engineer François Georgelin is responsible for the Wound Care segment, Regulatory Affairs and the KOB subsidiary. He is also in charge of commercial operations for Northern and Eastern Europe along with France, South America and the USA.

Stefan Grote

Stefan Grote
Business economist Stefan Grote is responsible for the Incontinence Management segment along with the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Sustainability, Online and E-Commerce. Alongside Lean Management and technical service in the operational area, he also manages commercial operations in Western and Southern Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East.

Oliver Neubrand

As CFO of the HARTMANN GROUP, business graduate Oliver Neubrand is responsible for Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal Audit, Legal, Intellectual Property, Risk Management, IT and Investor Relations. His responsibilities also include the business activities of the subsidiaries CMC and IVF HARTMANN in Switzerland.

Jonathan Procopio

Jon’s 20+ years of experience in wound care technologies started in technical operations and evolved into commercial leadership. He brings creative problem solving, a focus on developing talent to build high-performing teams and a relentless focus on the customer. He is continuously looking for partnerships with companies and people with shared values to accomplish our mission.

Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Aaron Bower

Aaron brings a strong background in setting up and leading organizations, with over 15 years of experience from a variety of industries. With HARTMANN USA since 2016, he has maintained a track record of success in leading teams and implementing organizational efficiencies. Aaron’s priority is assuring finance and operational excellence at HARTMANN USA, along with delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Aaron holds a B.S. in Accounting and completed his MBA at the University of Virginia.


Vice President of Marketing

Kelly Horner

Kelly Horner has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and is Advanced Wound Product Certified. Kelly's background includes Account Management, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Marketing. At Hartmann, Kelly's priority is understanding customer needs. She leads a team in developing solutions and tools to support healthcare providers and patients in their wound management journey. Kelly earned her B.S. in Medical Technology at the University of Tennessee.

Jason Curry

With over 20 years in the medical device industry, Jason brings experience from CCS Medical and Covidien/Medtronic, having progressively moved into higher leadership roles. At HARTMANN USA since 2019, Jason is focused on providing scalable growth in our strategic initiatives and product portfolio. He is a believer in the leadership and development of his people and in providing a winning culture and environment to make HARTMANN USA a destination workplace.

Vice President of National Accounts

Doug Johnston

Doug has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry in both acute and post-acute segments. He has held various sales leadership positions throughout his career and is passionate about building high performance teams to address challenges and achieve critical objectives. In his current role with HARTMANN USA, Doug is responsible for developing strategies to drive above market growth with our national customers and distributor partners. Doug holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Director of Human Resources & Compliance

Diane Marsilio

Diane has been championing change initiatives and transforming HR processes in an array of industries for over 20 years. She has a passion for building exceptional workplaces, developing and enabling talent and executing Human Resources strategy to drive business results. In her role at HARTMANN USA, Diane leads culture and engagement initiatives, manages talent, training, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and serves on strategic project teams for global initiatives. Diane holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications in addition to a B.S. in Business from The Ohio State University.

In the late 1940’s, the Connecticut Bandage Company was a highly respected manufacturer of bandages and fabrics. They later became Conco Medical Company and was subsequently acquired by PAUL HARTMANN AG in 2001. Established as the North American division of the HARTMANN GROUP, the company was yet again renamed to HARTMANN USA. After acquiring Whitestone Corporation in 2008, a manufacturer of adult incontinence products, HARTMANN USA’s ability to support the needs of patients and caregivers across the continuum of care significantly expanded.

Today, HARTMANN USA shares the rich 200-year legacy of the HARTMANN GROUP, an international healthcare solutions company that has made substantial medical advancements in wound care and skin health.
