A 50 patient observational clinical study of a superabsorbent dressing: effective exudate management with Zetuvit® Plus evaluated by clinicians and patients.
In 100% of the cases Zetuvit® Plus has achieved the primary objective, offering effective exudate management. Prevention of leakage and strikethrough were rated “excellent” or “good” in 96% and 98%, respectively.[1]
A significant decrease of patients showing maceration (65%) was reported. More than half of all patients experienced improved periwound skin and overall there was a trend towards reduction in wound size.[1]
47% cost savings compared to previous exudate management treatments. Zetuvit® Plus reduced the frequency of dressing change from 6 to 2.7 times per week.[1]

Patients reported they were able to return to previous activities of daily living due to the very good exudate handling capabilities and comfort of Zetuvit® Plus. 96% rated patient satisfaction and comfort “excellent” or “good”.[1]
