Jon brings several years of wound care experience in various engineering and production management roles. In his past role as VP of Operations, Jon was responsible for production, quality and logistic/supply chain excellence across HARTMANN USA. He brings deep operations experience with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering bottom line results.
He was previously at Smith & Nephew, where he began his career as a Process Engineer supporting a wound dressing manufacturing unit. He took an opportunity to oversee Continuous Improvement for three manufacturing sites in China (Suzhou, Beijing, Shanghai) with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory. After returning to the U.S. to serve as Global Director of Continuous Improvement, he again went abroad to Hull, U.K., where he was plant manager for a $450M manufacturing operation.
Jon holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Project Management (PMP) certification.
