I see posted jobs on your website. Can I still apply for job openings at HARTMANN GROUP?

Yes, indeed. We are looking for talent that supports our organization to help those in need. Our healthcare products and solutions make an impact in millions of people’s lives around the world on a daily basis – in hospitals, in clinics, and at home. As a team we are striving to overcome the current challenges.

How do you conduct interviews currently?

Generally, our recruiting process consists of three stages (Skype-Interview with HR, 1st Interview with hiring manager, 2nd interview with hiring manger). As most of our employees work at home currently, we conduct remote interviews in the first round of interviews.

Which tools do you use for remote interviews?

For our remote interviews we use Skype for business. We will provide you with a link that is accessible without further registration.

What technical requirements are needed for a remote interview?

You will need the following technical equipment to conduct a remote interview:

  • PC or laptop (with webcam), possibly also smartphone or tablet
  • Stable internet connection
  • Headset with microphone if necessary

If you do not have the necessary technical equipment, please get in contact with us.

What happens after remote interview stage?

In case both parties (candidate and hiring manger) could imagine to work together, we are flexible in regard to the next steps of the recruiting process. We have the following options how the further process could look like:

  1. Further remote interview or
  2. Personal meeting of maximum 2 people or
  3. Postponing the personal meeting until everyone feels comfortable to travel/meet in person
